Rate Includes 

Airport surcharge - This is a service fee for a car hire taking place at an airport’s premises.

Unlimited mileage - Unlimited mileage gives you free and unlimited usage of the vehicle in terms of distance – no additional fees apply.

Winter tires - Winter tyres are extra equipment that is – in many countries – necessary by law or recommended during wintertime.

VAT/Tax - VAT is an acronym for value-added tax. In some countries, it's known as a goods and services tax (GST).

Third-Party Liability (TPL) - Third-party liability insurance for any damages or injuries that might happen to other parties or objects involved in the incident.

Theft Protection (TP) - Theft Protection (TP) is the basic insurance included in the standard rental price. It limits your financial liability for the costs in case of theft or loss of the vehicle.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is the basic insurance included in the standard rental price. It limits your financial liability in case of damages to the body of the hired vehicle.

Fuel information

Fuel Policy

Same to Same - You will pick up the car with a fixed amount of fuel in the tank and you should also return the car with the same amount of fuel. Additional charges may apply if you return the car with less fuel in the tank.

Refuelling Fees

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel in the tank than indicated in the Rental Document, you will have to pay a Refuelling Fee and for the missing fuel upon returning the vehicle.

The Refuelling Fee is EUR 15.00.

Driver information

Driver Age

Please note that Young/Senior Driver fees will only be displayed correctly if you entered your age correctly in the search criteria. If you add Additional Drivers to your rental and any of them are considered Young/Senior Drivers, you may have to pay both an Additional Driver Fee and a Young/Senior Driver Fee.

Different driver age restrictions apply to different vehicle groups and these are applied automatically to all online rental searches. If you entered your correct age and the online search returned a specific vehicle group, you are eligible to rent it. Please note that the same restrictions apply to all Additional Drivers.

The minimum driver age for the vehicle that you selected is 24.
The maximum driver age for the vehicle that you selected is 70.

Required Documents

You and all Additional Drivers must present a full valid original Driving Licence and the voucher or booking confirmation document when picking up the vehicle. If your Driving Licence has multiple parts, you must present all of them. All requirements apply to both you and any Additional Drivers.

You must have held your Driving Licence for a minimum of 3 full years.

An International Driving Permit is required in addition to a National Driving Licence if the National Driving Licence you or any of the Additional Drivers hold is not identifiable as a Driving Licence, e.g., it is in a non-Latin alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Japanese).

You must also present:

Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that you have all the necessary documentation, that your Driving Licence is valid in your intended rental country and for your intended type of rental vehicle, and that you have the correct immigration documents. The same applies if you're planning to visit other countries in a rental vehicle. Your failure to do so will result in your rental being refused and/or considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly.

Payment and charges

Foreign Exchange Rates

All rates displayed here are converted and optional extras and/or remaining balance payable locally are charged in the local currency if not specified otherwise in these Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Local Deposit / Pre-Authorisation

The Supplier will generally pre-authorise the security deposit amount of your rental vehicle on your credit card. The deposit is an amount held on your credit card for security purposes. It will be released in full unless unexpected charges are resulting from, for example, traffic fines, returning the car with missing fuel or needing additional cleaning. Keep in mind that the deposit amount shown does not usually include the rental cost.

Please note that the security deposit may still be required even when you reduce the excess to zero or a lower level by purchasing additional insurance products.

A security deposit of EUR 300.00 is required.

Please note that the security deposit indicated here is an estimated amount. The exact deposit amount depends on various factors, like your rental time, length of rental, applicable waivers and fees, your place of residence and your exact rental location. This means that the actual deposit amount may occasionally differ from the standard deposit amount.

Credit card deposits are accepted.

Debit card deposits are also accepted.

All cards used must be in your name.

Cash deposits are accepted.

Geographical restrictions

Driving the rental vehicle to some regions within this rental country may be forbidden. Please contact us directly for details.

One-Way Rentals

A rental is considered One-Way if you return the vehicle to any location other than the one you picked it up from. Each quote is only valid for the selected pick-up and return locations. To see One-Way rates for other locations, please conduct a new online search or contact us directly.

Cross-Bordering

You are not allowed to cross the border in the rental vehicle to a country other than the country where you picked it up.

Driving into Northern Cyprus territories is not allowed.

Unauthorised cross-border driving is subject to a penalty fee of EUR 1,000.00.

All coverage becomes invalid if the rental vehicle is driven across a border without the Supplier's authorisation.

Please note that not only do international One-Way rentals qualify as cross-bordering – crossing the border into another country and back while returning the rental vehicle to the original pick-up location is also considered cross-bordering.
